🐜🕷️ PEST CONTROL MYTHS: BUSTED! 🐭🪰
There are A LOT of pest control myths out there—and some of them can actually make pest problems harder to solve!
Let’s clear up a few common ones. 👇
❌ MYTH #1: “If I don’t see bugs, I don’t have bugs.”
✅ FACT: Many pests are nocturnal, hidden, or living inside walls, attics, crawlspaces, or other areas you don't normally see. Seeing one pest can sometimes be a sign that others are nearby.
❌ MYTH #2: “A one-time treatment will permanently eliminate my pest problem.”
✅ FACT: Pest control is about managing pest populations and addressing the conditions that attract or allow them inside. Some situations require follow-up treatments, monitoring, or exclusion work.
❌ MYTH #3: “More pesticide means better pest control.”
✅ FACT: Effective pest management isn't about using the most product possible. Proper identification, correct application, timing, sanitation, and exclusion are all important parts of responsible pest management.
❌ MYTH #4: “If I have a clean house, I can’t get pests.”
✅ FACT: Clean homes can still have pests! Rodents, ants, spiders, flies, and other insects can enter through tiny openings or come inside looking for food, water, warmth, or shelter.
❌ MYTH #5: “If I seal one hole, the rodents will be gone.”
✅ FACT: Rodents are excellent at finding alternative entry points. Effective rodent control often involves identifying and addressing multiple potential entry points—not just the one you happened to find. Alongside effective rodent stations placements exclusion reduces activity.

✅ FACT: With many pest problems, early detection and proactive prevention can make management much easier—and sometimes less expensive—than waiting for a full-blown infestation.
