I’ve learned the hard way that even people who claim to love you can misunderstand your heart.
Even people you opened up to can abandon you the moment your truth doesn’t match their ideal.
And yes, even those who inspired your healing might not stay for your becoming.

But none of that defines you.
You do.

Every time you choose alignment over performance…
Every time you stop chasing validation and come back to your own center…
Every time you say, “This is who I am, even if you don’t get it”
you reclaim yourself.

And you stop waiting for someone else to give you permission to live as you were always meant to.

You are not fragments.
You are not anyone’s projection.
You are whole, and you are finding yourself more each day.

If you’re in the middle of that process, if you’re still shedding who they said you were, you’re not alone. The most sacred thing you can do is keep going.
