I chose Bluegrass Cleaning because their website mentioned particular experience in removing old pet stains and urine odor. They arrived on schedule, and Kevin took time to explain their process to me and to treat the areas with the old pet stains and urine odor. They did a very good job in cleaning the carpet generally and a good job removing the pet stains and odor in the den. However, three days after service, I noticed several spots in the bedroom where the stains were still quite apparent and I could detect urine odor. This is disappointing.
