Summary of the position: team member will provide clients with the highest level of customer service through residential housekeeping. Our clients trust us to get the job done well and we guarantee satisfaction.
The team member will work in a group of two or more people to clean one to two homes per day. Working hours are typically between 8AM to 4PM depending on the required scope of work at each home. Number of homes cleaned and hours worked will vary day to day.
Duties include mopping and vacuuming floors, scrubbing and dusting surfaces, making beds, general tidying, and other responsibilities as needed. The team member will handle all client furniture and items with the utmost of care.
Supplies are provided by G&G for team member use in clients’ homes. Team members will be thoroughly trained on duties & expectations before taking on client assignments.
Requirements:
-Clean background check/able to be bonded
-Valid US driver’s license
-Own reliable insured vehicle (no public transportation or carpooling to client homes)
-Working cell phone with current data plan
-Ability to learn new skills and retain training
-Attention to detail
-Excellent customer service
-Ability to sit, stand, crouch, lift arms above head, etc for extended periods of time
-Ability to lift 25 lbs
-Able to work on a team or independently
