I've been with Top Notch heating and cooling, plumbing for 23 years, and I'm incredibly grateful to be part of such a great team. Over the years, it's truly felt more like family than a work place, surrounded by supportive coworkers and lasting friendships.

Finn has some important tips on how to keep your air conditioner working to it's fullest potential!

--Change or clean the air filter regularly โ€” dirty filters reduce airflow and efficiency.
-Keep vents and return grilles clear of furniture, rugs, and dust.
-Clean around the outdoor unit and keep debris at least 2 feet away.
-Seal leaks around windows and doors so cool air stays inside.
-Use a steady thermostat setting instead of constantly lowering it.
-Run ceiling fans to help circulate cool air.
-Close blinds/curtains during the hottest parts of the day.
-Schedule yearly maintenance to keep the system running efficiently.
-Watch for warning signs like weak airflow, warm air, ice buildup, strange noises, or rising energy bills.

โ€œKelly made a follow up visit to check out our humidifier that stopped working. Solenoid valve was calcified and needed replacing. Weโ€™ve been fighting the dry air all winter with sinus issues. Wow, what a difference. In and out in short order with a little help from Tim (Top notch plumber) who was here at the same time repairing a leaking, frozen outdoor spigot. Tim was able to repair instead of replacing the original spigot! Saved us a bundle! ๐“๐ก๐ž๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐“๐จ๐ฉ ๐๐จ๐ญ๐œ๐ก! ๐†๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ญ ๐ญ๐ž๐š๐ฆ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค!โ€
