With all the recent storms, many homeowners experienced flooding, which often exposes hidden problems in a sewer system. This homeowner was unable to use any of the plumbing fixtures in the home, so we came out and performed a camera inspection and rodded the sewer line to diagnose the issue.

After several hours of trying to clear the line and save the homeowner from a repair, we found the sewer was heavily compromised by tree roots. Unfortunately, a repair was the only long-term solution.

We completed the repair, restored the sewer line, and now the homeowner can safely use all of their plumbing again.

If you’ve noticed slow drains, backups, or had flooding after the storms, don’t ignore the warning signs. Catching sewer issues early can save you from much bigger repairs down the road.
