We're Hiring!

But we are looking for more than just an Employee.

I want to take a minute to personally talk about what we're looking for at Main in a Small Town.

When I started this business, I never imagined just how much it would grow or how many wonderful families we would have the opportunity to help along the way.

With growth comes something incredibly important... finding the right people to grow alongside us.

I'm not looking for someone who knows how to clean. I can teach you that.

I am looking for someone who shows up when they say they will. Someone who takes pride in doing a job well, even when nobody is watching. Someone who notices the little things, has compassion for others, and understands that the work we do makes a difference in people's lives.

I'm looking for someone who can laugh with their coworkers, lend a helping hand when things get tough, and be part of a team that genuinely cares about one another.

Cleaning isn't always glamorous. Some days are long, some jobs are tough, and it takes hard work. But there's something incredibly rewarding about walking out of someone's home knowing you made their day a little easier.

THAT'S what Maid in a Small Town is about.

We're a small business with big dreams, and I want to build those dreams with people who are proud to be here.

A little about the position:

Full-time Cleaning Technician
Monday-Friday daytime hours
Starting Pay $16/hr
$100 monthly attendance bonus opportunity
Tips and paid time off
No weekends
Professional training provided through the Maid Training Academy

💕 Cleaning with Compassion — It Takes a Village. 💕

At Maid in a Small Town, we believe that having a servant heart means so much more than simply providing a service. It means showing up for others, lending a helping hand, and recognizing when someone needs a little extra love and support. ❤️

Life has a way of throwing us into seasons we never expected. Whether it's illness, loss, grief, overwhelming circumstances, or simply trying to keep your head above water, we believe no one should have to walk through life's hardest seasons alone.

Our Cleaning with Compassion campaign was created in loving memory of my sister, Dani, and is something incredibly close to my heart.

Each month, Maid in a Small Town gives back by providing a FREE home cleaning to an individual or family in our community who could use a helping hand.

We don't just want to be known as a cleaning company. We want to be known as the helpers. The ones who show up, who care, and who make a difference, even if it's just by taking one small burden off someone's shoulders.

Because sometimes, a clean home isn't just about cleanliness. It's about giving someone room to breathe. ❤️
