Life is busy. Your weekends shouldn't be spent catching up.

At Maid in a Small Town Cleaning Services, our goal has always been about more than just cleaning homes and businesses.

It's about giving you your time back.

So many of us are in a season of life where the housework simply has to take a back burner. Between work, kids, appointments, practices, responsibilities, and everything else life seems to throw at us, it can feel like we spend the entire week falling behind.... Only to then try and catch up all Saturday.

And then Monday comes.... and we start all over again.

Here's a simple and easy tip to help keep your laundry area feel clean and refreshed!

Sometimes our measuring cups can get sticky..... and that build up just keeps adding a layer of GUNK to the cup after every load of laundry we do.

Try measuring your laundry detergent, putting it in the washer as directed, and instead of sticking the plastic cup on the counter with all the detergent residue sticking to it.... Just chuck that baby right into the washer with your clothes! Just check to make sure the measuring cup is washer-safe! Easy way to get an extra task complete with no added extra steps!

This grant has allowed us to purchase new equipment to support the growth Maid in a Small Town has been experiencing. I am so thankful to have been chosen and I am so excited to keep building a business our community can trust!

The Good Growth Grant is helping another Putnam County small business grow!

Made in a Small Town, Leipsic, is putting its $750 Good Growth Grant to work by purchasing additional commercial-grade and residential vacuums to support its growing cleaning services.

Congratulations owner Arianna Ellerbrock! Ellerbrock said the grant has been a meaningful investment in her small business, allowing her to add equipment which will help continue providing quality services for existing clients, and add new clients. "We're incredibly grateful for this investment in our business and excited about what it means for our future."

The Good Growth Grant is a small business economic development grant sponsored by the Putnam County CIC in partnership with WesBanco Ottawa. The purpose is to support business owners with a plan to innovate and grow and drive economic vitality across Putnam County. Presenting the grant to Arianna is Cindy Metzger, WesBanco branch manager, now retired.

Glass shower doors and tile showers are beautiful! BUT they definitely know how to show off every bit of soap buildup, water spots, and everyday use.

Some patience and scrubbing brought this shower back to life!

Raising families, working full time, sports schedules, clubs, etc. How are we expected to keep up with all the things when our schedules are jammed packed?

Maid in a Small Town is here for YOU. Don't stress yourself out with all the things you need to do on top of the things you are already doing! Let us take care of the housework so you can reclaim your time and focus on what matters the most. Be present. Have slow weekends.
