This Civic came back, but for much more.

This time around, we started with the engine build
Using ARP headstuds, rod bolts, KING bearings, and Speed Factory rods.

GM 2500HD hydroboost reseal on the workbench

This hydroboost assembly was leaking. So instead of immediately replacing the entire unit, we broke it down for a reseal.

Hydroboost systems use hydraulic pressure from the power steering system to provide brake assist, so leak around the assembly is something you don't want to ignore.

Before ➡️ After

A customer brought us a set of turbo headers that had previously been "repaired" after cracking along the fl**ge...and the repair was rough.

We ground of the old "repair" off cleaned everything back up and gave ourselves a fresh foundation. From there we, Tig welded the headers back to the fl**ge, properly repairing and leaving a clean professional look.

No stacking bad welds on top of bad welds. No shortcuts. Fixed right.

Clunking when accelerating or shifting? Heavy vibration at idle? Excessive engine movement?
Those are signs of a worn or broken motor mount.

Replaced a failed motor mount, restoring proper engine support and getting rid of all the unwanted clunking and movement.
