The weather is warming up! ☀️ Prepare for this hot season ahead of us by maintaining your pool with these tips! 💧

1️⃣ Drain your pool to a sanitary clean-out port instead of the street gutters or storm drains so water can be treated and reused. Draining a pool into the street or gutter is a waster waste violation since the water can't be collected and reused.
2️⃣ Cover your pool and spa to avoid losing dozens of gallons of water to evaporation, limit windblown debris, and conserve energy.
3️⃣ Maintain pool filters by washing cartridge filters when your pump operating pressure increases by 10 pounds per square inch (psi). Pool filters should be washed over a bucket or landscaped area, not washed in the street.
4️⃣ If you have a septic tank, call our Customer Care Center at 702-267-5900 for guidance on how to drain your pool.

Prep your pool for freezing temps! ❄️ As the arctic blast pushes temps below freezing, it's crucial to get your pool ready. Here’s what you can do:
✅ Run your pool pump continuously in cold weather.
✅ No need for the heater, moving water won't freeze.
✅ Disconnect lines to slides and aerators.
✅ For pool cleaners, simply remove from the pool, no need to run them non-stop.
