Got called out to a customer's house who didn't go with our plumber recommendation. Another company cut out the cast iron and replace the stack that was leaking. We got called out the very next day due to a backup coming out of the laundry stack instead of the floor drain. Multiple pieces of cast iron got wedged down the drain causing the backup. When you do a repair it's awlays good practice to put a camera down if you have one to make sure everything's good to go. I did end up taking a p**p shower on this one but customer is now good to go.

Man some the house we get called out too. This is going to be a flip out. Supposed been vacant for 20 years doesn't look like it. Going to be the service sewer line here once it's gets emptied.

Got called out to a septic backup. Septic was installed two years ago so at first we thought it was just a filter issue. Turned out there was no filter no control panel and the pump went bad. Once we got the pump working with camera the line and found a break in it. We do not work on septic tanks but we can refer you to people who do. We got the customer flowing and her septic line repair
