Good evening everyone!
Sorry, i haven't posted in a bit, and have been hard to keep in touch with those who have reached out to me. I sincerely apologize for that! I always strive to provide the best service everytime!
We have had so many medical set backs since the tornado, and has been one thing after another between my husbands cancer, my mothers health, my health and unexpected accidents. I have been beyond stressed and needed to take some time to try to get what I could in somewhat order, so we can try to move forward!
That being said, I am so happy to be able to say that I am now able to take one a few new regular clients. I do still want to steer away from Any deep clean jobs for now, but I do some deep cleaning each time I have a regular appt for general clean/vrbo flips. I have a policy that payment is due as soon as the work is done (if it takes more than one day, then the pay.ent will be at the end of that days cleaning). The reason for this is to make keeping all my records straight a while lot easier. So I can service as many people in a timely manner.
Halloween is coming up quick and alot of you maybe hosting a Halloween party. I can help get your place ready before the party, as well as clean up after the party. I also have started offering photo services! This could be pictures at an event you have, pictures for your vrbo postings, or if you would like pictures done for yourself/family. ( I am not a professional photographer, but I do wonderful pictures and I offer a very price!! I have also been offering to do shop/deliver if you own a vrbo, and your guests need to order dinner, groceries etc....
I am always open to do what ever Ai can for my clients if it's something I feel I can do for you! There would be a small standard delivery fee for shop and delivery!

I am now working on my April schedule. I will only be offering limited availability, due to ongoing health conditions with my husband. So, I can schedule only a few days a week for right now. And I do HAVE to ask that NO ONE is at home during the time of cleaning. And that you always let me know if there are any illness in the home, or recovering from an illness. I will also ask that you let me know if there is any issues of any "pests." If I see them when I get there, I WILL NOT stay, and I will still have to charge up to 50% of the estimated cost.
I can not risk anything that may make myself or my husband sick, so please just be courteous and let me know immediately, when you know of an issue. (NOT THE NIGHT BEFORE OR MORNING OF APPOINTMENT.)
I very much appreciate how patient everyone has been!
Next week is my husbands last day of radiation!!

I am sad to have to post this, but I want to let all the people that follow this page know an update on what is going on with me/our household.

Early this year my husband had a confirmation of cancer. He has went through surgery since, and we thought that would take care of it. However, 3 months later, his number had tripled from how high it was BEFORE his surgery. He had a second blood work was done to confirm it was accurate, and it was. He has followed up with his next PET scan after the surgery in the last week and half. He has spoken to the oncologist (we were able to see it before, but the Dr explained better).
He has stage 4 cancer, and it has moved into his spine and bones.
For now, I am going to be limiting my work load, I will not be doing deep cleans. I can still take on a few regular clients, as long as it's understood, I need to be available for any appts my husband may have, and have every intention of spending as much time with him as I can right now.
I am sorry to share news of this nature, and I hope you all have a wonderful CHRISTmas. Please keep my name/number/page for the future. If you need to reach me, please text me at 937-404-8909, I don't always see the messages on the business page.

I have a whole lot going on this year, starting with the tornado in March. I have a had a horrible series of bad events, and I am hoping we can get through it all real soon with a good outcome!
