Job Posting: Parking Lot Sweeping Driver/Porter

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team! We are a fast-paced company that values strong work ethic, positive attitudes, and leadership skills. This is an entry-level position with pay based on experience. After an evaluation period, there is opportunity for growth within the company.

This job is an overnight position that requires driving a parking lot sweeping trucks to and from different locations without any incidents. Using a litter stick, changing garbage can liners, using a hand blower to blow debris off sidewalks, corners, and curbs, breaking down cardboard for recycling, and general cleaning and maintenance duties. You will be responsible for the overall cleanliness for the sites on your route for each night.

Requirements:
Motivated to get the job done and work efficiently
Punctuality and honesty are expected.
Have reliable transportation to and from work
Should be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be able to work over nights and weekends.

Qualifications:
Be willing to work overnight shifts
18+ years of age
Driver's license

Must be able to work over nights, weekends, and holidays
