Gator Cleaning & Services is growing and looking for a dependable, detail-oriented member to join our team!
⭐️ Position Highlights:
• Training starts at 10–15 hours per week
• 2–3 days per week
• Hours will gradually increase as the schedule builds
• Increased hours expected around May
• All cleaning supplies will be provided
• Mainly residential cleans with a few commercial jobs
⭐️ What We’re Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and accept constructive criticism
• Customer service background required
• No previous cleaning experience necessary (we provide training!)
• Compassion and patience — many clients are busy professionals or elderly
• Must be comfortable working around pets
⭐️ Tips are split evenly between cleaners on the job. Tips are not kept during the training period.
⭐️Pay breakdown in the picture below!
⭐️ Training will start part-time at 10–15 hours per week, approximately 2–3 days per week, and 2-3 houses a day. After training, the position will remain part-time at 2–4 days per week. As work builds and we get into a good flow, hours will gradually increase as you become more comfortable and efficient. You must be available Monday–Friday between 9am–5pm, although most days we finish around 3pm. A current employee will be going on maternity leave around May, so hours will increase at that time.
⭐️ This position requires flexibility. Client schedules can change, reschedule, or cancel occasionally, so hours may vary week to week. We are looking for someone who understands the nature of the service industry and can adapt when needed.
⭐️ We are based in Lakeland, but some jobs are located as far as Riverview and Apollo Beach. Carpooling is available for these jobs, but reliable transportation is required. You must have your own vehicle — Uber or Lyft is not acceptable
