The one year ceramic coating (really effective for 6 months in the brutality of the Florida environment).

This not only protects the paint, it also aids in cleaning the car as road grime and bugs don’t stick as much.

A vacation, a couple car wrecks, and covid working it’s way through the house has prevented AJ from doing anything.

He’s getting back at it. Now that it’s summer he has more availability, the biggest deterrent he will have is weather.

He can start doing stuff as soon as tomorrow though.

Nothing like seeing your next project moving into place in the reflection of your just completed project.

AJ just finished a two step paint correction on this Tesla Model S. He’s gonna start on the Tesla Model X Plaid tomorrow.

The two step correction hides minor imperfections in the paint.

This 2013 Ford Explorer has seen some use over the years. While it not bad shape, it certainly benefited from AJ's work...

This 2013 Ford Explorer has seen some use over the years. While it not bad shape, it certainly benefited from AJ's work. AJ did the following on the exterior:
-Snow Foam Pre-Rinse
-Wheels and Tires Cleaned and Dressed/Protected
-Hand Wash
-Gone over with Clay Bar to remove contamination on surface of paint
-Windows Cleaned
-All of the plastic trim was restored
-Gloss black trim was reconditioned to remove the dullness caused by oxidation and glazed restore the beautiful shine
-Applied the Ultimate Glaze to help deepen the shine of the paint
-Applied a Ceramic Coating Hyper Wax to give it a Hyper Gloss Finish and seal the work. (This will help protect it from bug damage)

The Interior treatment consisted of:
-Windows Cleaned
-Surfaces cleaned and protected
-Vacuuming
-Cleaning of the all-weather floor mats
-Leather Seats cleaned and conditioned for future protection
-Deodorizer treatment
-Free Air Freshener (AJ's Favorite Black Ice)

Everyone’s favorite little detailer has been wanting to come to Rides and Coffee event since he started getting into detailing. This event is hosted by Detail Garage, which is where he gets all his gear and chemicals. Scheduling conflicts and his football schedule always seemed to make it impossible. He’s been working hard, the weather was gonna be nice, and he needed another foam gun so we rode over today. I’m not sure I’m going to be able to get him to leave. This is a massive event too. Easily hundreds of cars.
