Sometimes a job starts with a laugh. This tub spout had been sticking out for who knows how long, thanks to a little DIY courage from the "man of the house." No shade to the kid, he tried.
Here's what we actually found: no active leak, but months of everyday usage had let moisture creep behind the wall. Slow and steady, that's exactly how mold gets its start. We pulled the overflow cover to check the seal and confirm what was really going on.

Our call? No active leak. But peace of mind matters more than a guess, so we ran a full leak detection anyway. No surprises, no what-ifs, just answers.

As we celebrate the freedoms we enjoy and honor those who have served our country, we want to wish everyone a safe and joyful Independence Day.

🎇 Please note: Our office will be open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on July 4th to assist with your plumbing needs. After noon, our team will be spending the holiday with their families.
