Happy Tuesday afternoon! ☀️

From 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM, it was all about the final touches. ✅

🏡 Stop 1 – Finalize
🏡 Stop 2 – Finalize
🧺 Stop 3 – Linen drop-off and finalization

Then it was back home to get everything organized and set my team up for success tomorrow. 💪

And don't worry — I'll be showing you today's cleanings soon! 👀

One of today's properties, Arrowhead, was actually checked out on Sunday. The home was cleaned and fully finalized today by Emily, and she absolutely nailed it! 👏✨ but completely finalized by the vib manager/owner Samantha Carter.

We also had a same-day turnover at Chic Oasis, which was completed by a team of five rockstar employees. Teamwork, communication, and attention to detail made it another successful day in the world of vacation rental 🏡🧼✨

Swapping and putting away laundry, checking on the vacuum situation and repairs, and touching up small details. Also confirming exactly what needs to be fixed on the exterior 🔧✨ be back to am👍

Final cleaning checks on the home that checked out Sunday. Fully cleaning and tomorrow we will finalize✨🏡

Did a quick inventory check for the owners—making sure it’s fully stocked and ready for tomorrow’s check-in ✔️

Unfortunately, both properties we planned to get into first had late checkouts and didn't become available until over an hour later than expected. ⏰

The beautiful Sonoran Springs has now been cleaned after today's late checkout and is looking great, but we're not quite finished with the final details yet. ✨🏡

🚨 Happy Sunday, y'all! 🚨

Welcome to Sundays where you hope guests leave when they're supposed to... 🤣 If not, you end up looking like the FBI parked on the side of the road waiting for them to check out! 👀🚔

My first stop today was Casa Encantada. Guests were scheduled to leave at 10:00 AM, and I always give a little grace period ⏰. Unfortunately, these guests didn't head out until 11:15 AM. Since it was a same-day turnover, there wasn't much room to pivot, but we made it happen! 💪✨

The good news? Everything worked out, the property was sparkling clean, and we finally wrapped up the last few rug details with the property manager. ✅🏡

Next stop was Havasu Azul, getting her cleaned and ready for finalization tomorrow! 🧹✨

Then it was on to Havasu Cielo, which has been cleaned but still needs a few final touches before she's completely guest-ready. 🌵🏠
