Residential Cleaning Service Hiring one Part-time w-2 worker !

Salary & Compensation

-Base Cleaning Pay: $18.00 per hour.
-Weekly Laundry Stipend: You receive a weekly stipend for washing company microfiber rags and mop heads at home. $10.00 per week
-Driver Pay: For daily round-trip commute driving time that exceeds 40 minutes, site to site is same as base cleaning pay: $18.00 per hour . (This job requires you to use your own vehicle).
Please Note: This is an hourly travel compensation policy. No mileage reimbursement is provided.

Illuminated Cleaning Co. is a family-run cleaning company working in homes across southeastern Wisconsin. Our owner came out of food-grade factory and medical facility sanitation, and that background sets the bar for how we clean a house. We are adding a cleaner to the team.

-What the work looks like:
You will clean private homes on a recurring schedule, along with deep cleans and move-out turnovers. A typical day is one to two houses, each with its own workcard so you know exactly what the customer expects before you walk in.
We handle the booking, the customer calls, and the daily route. Your job is the clean itself and the customer's reaction to it.

Homes are spread across the Kenosha and Racine areas, reaching as far as Lake Geneva, Paddock Lake, Caledonia, and Delavan. You will drive between houses during the day.

Pay
-$18.00 per hour for cleaning time
-Paid every Friday through standard W-2 payroll, direct deposit available
-Drive time: For daily round-trip driving time that exceeds 40 minutes, site to site is same as base cleaning pay: $18.00 per hour . (This job requires you to use your own vehicle).
-Laundry stipend: $10.00 per week for washing company microfiber rags and mop heads at home
-Travel is compensated as paid time rather than per mile. We do not run a mileage reimbursement program.

-What we cover:
Every cleaning product, tool, and piece of equipment you use on a job is bought and maintained by us. You will not be asked to buy supplies or bring your own.
Training is paid and hands-on. You will work alongside someone until you are running a house on your own without checking in.
As a W-2 employee you are covered by our liability insurance and by Wisconsin workers' compensation.

-What you will need:
Two or more years of paid professional cleaning experience that a former employer can confirm
Legal authorization to work in the United States
A valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle you can use during the workday
Ability to complete Form I-9 and Form W-4 when hired

-Our hiring process:
After you apply, we will reach out to set up a short conversation about your experience and the homes you have worked in. We contact former employers to verify cleaning history. A criminal background check is part of our process; having a record does not automatically rule you out, and we look at each situation individually as Wisconsin law requires.
