Hey everyone!!! I have exciting news!!! My client base is expanding!!!! I've gotten to the point where even though I would do it regardless, I'm going to need some help! So with that being said, I am looking to hire 1-2 experienced cleaners. It doesn't have to be fancy experience as long as you can read and follow directions it will be fine!

Job description -
Key Responsibilities
*Comprehensive Cleaning: Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and offices according to site-specific checklists.

*Floor Care: Expertly sweep, mop, vacuum,

*Waste Management: Empty trash/recycling and ensure proper disposal at each location.

*Site Maintenance: Restock consumables (paper towels, soap) and report any facility maintenance issues to management.

Transportation: is a plus! But I am always willing to pick someone up for work!

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods , move quickly and thoroughly.

Independence: Strong time-management skills to complete tasks across multiple locations without direct supervision. I do not want to babysit

THIS JOB WILL OFFICIALLY START APRIL 1ST. BUT I WILL ALWAYS ACCEPT HELP!

THIS IS FOR NIGHT SHIFT HOURS!! Like 8pm-4 am
right now the hours are here and there but once the next step kicks in and I can get a feeling how it should flow I'll know more specific time..

Right now I clean 4 buildings alone. With this next phase coming on April 1st I'm going from 4 to 9 buildings.. I need someone who is serious about their work and takes pride in it. Someone who is trustworthy and has a great work ethic . If you don't want to work or are unable to make it in half the time please don't waste my time. Because I barely have any as it is now.

#1 rules.... Do not tell me you did something when you didn't do it.. if I have to go back over your work what's the point in you working?

Pay will be discussed privately. I'm not looking to make someone a millionaire. But it's easy work for someone looking for some extra pocket money!!

Learning lesson ....and also why I prefer to work solo dolo.

I had a fairly big job over the weekend. 3 apartments in 2 days. For those that don't know I work with a realtor company in flipping their units. Most of them are battery plant workers. So they are ran as B&Bs.

Anyways the company sent a few "kids" to "help" me out. I tell one kid to take the bottle of KRUM KUTTER and go ahead of me and spray the ovens , stovetops, showers, toilets, basically anything that needed it. That way when I got there it should be a quick wipe and done. ....simple enough? You'd think so!

Instead...he grabbed the bottle of TSP SUBSTITUTE. For those that don't know, TSP is trisodium phosphate. It is used to clean yuck off walls before painting. It's VERY strong. If left on glass to dry or any other hard surface it can "etch" the surface. Well me thinking he sprayed what he was supposed to, didn't think about it being a problem it dried!

This kid sprayed it on EVERYTHING!! The toilets, the sinks, the MIRRORS, the countertops, the STOVETOPS, the microwaves, the cabinets..... The floors!!! And it all dried. Completely dried. So what was already a big job, now turned even bigger.

Not only were these apartments gross to begin with. I now had to get this filmy, white, shiny, possibly destructive residue off everything. The ONLY thing that would take care of the white marks this stuff left on everything was by using Cerama Bryte. So I basically had to wax and polish 3 apartments in 2 days.

Needless to say I did complete the job. But it was not fun and I am exhausted beyond measure. Here are some pics of what it looked like before I cleaned it. I will post the finished pictures on My next post !
