Hi there! We’re Michelle and Chris, a husband and wife cleaning team with heart, humor, and 17+ years of experience.

About Us
Michelle has 17 years of experience in both commercial and residential cleaning, 5 of those years working alongside her husband Chris. She handles the detail work; he tackles the floors and heavy lifting. We work as a team and get along great—as long as Michelle’s in charge! Lol…😄
We relocated to Knoxville from the Seattle area, where we ran a successful cleaning business for many years (reviews at bottom of page)

🌿 Our Cleaning Philosophy
We bring all our own supplies and prefer to use natural, non-toxic products (except in bathrooms-where I bust out the big guns ;)
We never transfer germs from one house to the next. New Clorox wands for every toilet. Fresh rags and dusters. Sanitized vacuums (It’s amazing how many cleaners use the same dirty rags, dusters or toilet wands in each house!)
We clean like it’s our own home, right down to the bathroom floor (yes, Michelle does it on her hands and knees).
• Knowledge and ability to clean and organize all rooms
• Careful handling of valuable and delicate items
• Awareness of when (and when not) to use cleaners on sensitive surfaces
• A keen eye for dirt and grime, including:
• Above door frames
• Under couch cushions and furniture
• Edges and corners of floors, walls, and baseboards
• Picture frames and other overlooked areas

🧽 General House Cleaning Includes (but is not limited to):
Mudrooms/Entryways – Tidy up, remove cobwebs, wipe counters, sweep or vacuum, and mop floors.
Living Rooms – Tidy up, remove cobwebs, dust ceiling fans or light fixtures, window blinds and seals, spot-clean windows, clean glass doors, dust cabinets and electronics, polish wood surfaces, vacuum couch, fluff pillows, and dust baseboards.
Kitchens – Tidy up, remove cobwebs, spot-clean windows and glass doors, wash dishes (allow extra time), scrub sink, drain, and stoppers, shine faucet, wipe exterior of cupboards (extra time if heavily soiled), counters and cabinets, clean outside of fridge, microwave (inside and out), stovetop, take out garbage, wipe baseboards, sweep, and mop.
Note: Inside oven, fridge, and cabinets available upon request—please allow extra time and cost.
Dining Rooms – Tidy up, remove cobwebs, spot-clean windows, clean table and chairs, wipe baseboards, sweep, and mop.
Hallways – Dust cobwebs and light fixtures, wipe baseboards, sweep and mop, shake out rugs outside, and vacuum.
Bathrooms – Remove cobwebs, dust light fixtures, empty garbage, clean and shine mirrors, scrub shower and tub (with Soft Scrub), clean shower doors, sinks, countertops, and toilet (new Clorox toilet wand), wipe baseboards, shake rugs, sweep, and hand mop.
Bedrooms – Remove cobwebs, dust ceiling fan and blinds, spot-clean windows, dust all surfaces, tidy up, make beds, change sheets (if requested—allow extra time), wipe baseboards, vacuum or sweep. Note: Laundry service available—please allow extra time.
Floors – Vacuum and mop hard floors. For wood floors, your choice of: vinegar and water, Method Wood Floor Cleaner, or Bona.
We are not set up to do carpet cleaning
Extra Add-Ons
Below is a list of additional services we offer beyond standard cleaning. These add-ons require extra time and may increase the overall cost of your cleaning. If you’re working within a specific budget, just let us know and we can prioritize accordingly.
Additional Services Available:
• Changing bed sheets
• Laundry (washing, drying, folding)
• Dishes (if more than just a few)
• Organization (closets, drawers, cabinets, or entire rooms)
• Inside of oven
• Inside of fridge
• Inside of cabinets
• Outside of cabinets (if heavily soiled or grimy)
• Sweeping porches
• Washing walls (with Magic Erasers)
• Interior windows and window seals and exterior (1st level only exterior windows)
• Unusually messy cleanups (after parties, etc.)
• Heavily cluttered rooms
• Cleaning under heavy furniture
• Move-ins/outs – $200 minimum

🚫 What We Don’t Offer
To help set expectations, here’s a quick list of services we do not currently offer as part of our regular cleaning:
❌ Full-house carpet cleaning —We can do spot cleaning as needed, but not steam-cleaning or shampooing.
❌ Power washing —We don’t offer pressure washing for siding, patios, or driveways.
❌ Construction cleanup or removal
❌ Plumbing, electrical, construction or regular handyman services
❌ Hazmat Cleaning – We do not offer biohazard, chemical, or hazardous materials cleanup
✅ That said, if you have an occasional special request—even if it is one of the above examples (besides hazmat) - we’re happy to discuss it in advance. If time allows, Chris may be able to assist, or we might schedule it separately for a weekend. Just let us know what you need!

💲 Pricing
We charge by the job (not by the hour), starting at $175 per visit. Final pricing depends on the size and condition of your home and any extras requested.
We will need to see your property before we commit and to give you a more accurate quote.

📍 Location & Travel
We’re based in Blaine (NE Knoxville) and travel up to 1 hour in any direction.
Some of the areas we serve include:
• West Knox (as far as Farragut)
• South Knox (as far as Maryville)
• North Knox (as far as Maynardville)
• East Knox (as far as Morristown, Sevierville, Kodak)
Note: Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge bookings require a $200 minimum due to distance (approximately 1.5 hours from us). Regular cleanings in that area are limited and will need to be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Gatlinburg / Vacation Rentals:
We do offer detailed cabin cleanings once a month or as needed on weekends. Please schedule a few weeks in advance, as availability is limited. Vacation rentals start at $225.
