“My guy can do it cheaper!” Which company you choose matters and as we all know you get what you pay for. This is a great example. This cabin has multiple hvac units. The one pictured first was installed just a few years ago and due to a very poor install the compressor is already bad. The last pictures are of a second unit that had been recently serviced and maintained. It’s always a great idea to check references and make sure that the HVAC company you choose is licensed, insured, and EPA certified.

This split unit was struggling to keep up. The problems were due to a lack of maintenance. Took the condenser and evaporator apart and got them inspected, all cleaned up, and serviced. No more air restriction! The mini split also needed the filters washed and it’s good to go.

This isn’t white insulation in the first picture, it’s about 4” of ice on the compressor, the line set all the way to the air handler, and encased the evaporator. The complete ac unit was completely frozen up. The issue was caused by a sever lack of maintenance and a poor install. We got everything cleaned up and serviced. Now the unit is operating as it should. Call us for your maintenance or repair issues.
