SEVIER COUNTY BRUSHFIRE UPDATE (25-3-4 at 11:00 PM): Crews are actively working 2 brushfires with the largest in the Webb Mountain/Cobbly Nob area:

Current Brushfires
- Bluff Mountain at Tower Road
- 10-15 acres estimated
- Limited evacuations near Tower Road and Bluff Mountain Road
- East Union Valley Road
- Small brushfire-mitigated and scene cleared
- Powdermill Road
- Small brushfire-mitigated and scene cleared
- Pittman Center/Webb Mountain FIre
- 200 acres estimated
- Evacuations include all of Cobbly Nob and areas east of Pittman Center and around Webb Mountain

Local emergency personnel continue to be in communication with the National Weather Service to monitor conditions that may impact our area.

Any flooded roadways, downed trees and/or power lines, or other obstructions on roads should be reported by calling 911.

For severe weather emergency information and road status: sevierema.org.

If you are traveling or plan, please exercise extreme caution. Never drive across flooded roadways – Turn around, don’t drown. Keep a safe distance from creeks, rivers, and storm drains, as they can rise quickly.

Our son had surgery for the first time last week and one of our owners sent Maverick a gift after recovery.
Thank you to Lance for being so thoughtful, we appreciate you and he loved the new toy! Thankful to have some incredible owners to work with! ☺️

When striving for 5 stars, it's important for us to be aware of public and private reviews.
Many factors can effect reviews but for the most part, it's our guidance. This is vital for our performance to maintain and know the areas that may need improvement to correct and succeed.

Smoky Shine is currently expanding!

Now is a wonderful time with the expected peak Summer season around the corner. ☀️🪟

We are preparing now before the kickoff holiday weekend of the summer season so our properties shine as they should! It's all about the details!

✨️We have multiple *seasoned* teams that have grown with us over the last 10 yrs.

✨️Our dedicated work environment is set up in a newly built 1700 Sq ft office and warehouse in the heart of Sevierville, TN to conduct operation.

✨️All linens are professionally laundered at a facility in Pigeon Forge.

✨️Our scheduling is setup through Resort Cleaning.

✨️We offer start up assistance and recommendations if this is your first short term property.

✨️We work closely with Highly recommended Property management groups if self management is not for you.
