This is for all my Sevierville homeowners:

Sevier county has voted to charge cleaners by weight for dumping trash from all vacation rentals. Sevierville residents have complained for years about cleaners dumping trash at all convenience centers and tonight they won the vote to charge us.
Therefore cleaners are going to be forced to go up on our cleaning fees to cover the cost of dumping trash. This will take effect in August as soon as I find out what the charge will be I will have to adjust my cleaning fees.

If you have a whirlpool bath make sure you’re running a jet cleaner through them after every use. You might think they’re clean by looking at the tub but this is the filth that builds up in the jets.

Some before and after pictures of a new STR property I took on today. We went by just to do a walkthrough before his guest arrived so I could send the homeowner a quote, and the before pictures are what his former cleaner had already cleaned. So we done a little touch up and the homeowner was very happy with the after pictures!!
