A new year, and a small cleaning business reaching for the STARS ✨ Here is what we do
-Basic Cleans- $175
-Deep cleans -$250+ (Depending on size & conditions)
-Move in/Move out Cleans $300+
-Construction Cleans
-Office & Commercial Cleaning $250+
-Home or office organization $150+ depending on size and needs
-Daycare facilities OR in home daycare sanitation/cleaning 200+ depending on size

There is also add ons and you can build your very own “cleaning package” tailored to fit your cleaning needs (pricing based upon needs)
$50 dollar non-refundable fee due upon booking (to reserve spot, comes off the final pricing)
For example if you booked a basic clean- for $175 subtract $50 upfront off of the fee and you’ll be left with the remainder of the balance upon completion of the initial clean)
24- Hour cancellation fees will result if you cancel within 24- hours of the clean— this is non negotiable it will be 50% of the price of what you were going to be charged for the clean— I’ve gotten too many last minute cancellations to not have a back bone and stand my ground. I love all of my clients that’s stuck through with me thick & thin. To my current clients if you’re confused PM me or text me and I will clear the air with you if there’s any confusion or concerns 🙂 this will all be in a documentation, there will be a document due upon arrival for initial clean (unless it’s a one time needed ordeal) for you & myself to review together and I will walk you through any questions or details you’re curious about. We are also tightening up with scheduling so everything will run smoothly, I’ve not been perfect life comes up I have 5 children to take care of as well, some circumstances I can completely understand, and I’m good to get along with, and a empathetic individual so nothing, absolutely nothing that you cannot bring to me that we can work through and work out on 🙂
