e. Fire Damage includes assessing damages, salvaging any structural material or personal items. We are able to clean and store the furniture, clothing or housewares. Service Master treats salvaged structural areas with an odor eliminator. Water Damage includes water mitigation, identifying the source, assessing the scope of damage and photographing all damaged areas. We also explain the process to the owners, what is able to be saved and the procedures in which we do this. We demo the carpet, vinyl, underlayment and all floor coverings to expose subfloor if needed. We evaluate the area and the severity to see how many industrial dehumidifiers may be needed. We also have high velocity air movers and other specialty equipment. Service Master also follows up with atmospheric readings to ensure all equipment is running at optimal levels so all structural materials can dry to the industry standard. Sewer Damage follows the same steps as Water Damage but extra steps are taken for safety including sanitizing. Samples are taken to be tested for Ecoli in an independent lab. Follow up is conducted depending on what is needed. Smoke Damage is assessed to determine extent of damage and steps are taken to protect and clean structural and personal belongings. Storage is also available in a climate control environment. All services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
