Cleaning Services
I strive to accommodate everyone's personal needs/ wants. A walk through of the residents/business is required before your appointment will be scheduled. I will give you your estimate total at this time.
Price depends on sq footage of the home/business and what services you choose. Prices may vary on the condition of home/your, e.g. has it been cleaned in the last 6 months , pets, size of property etc.
STANDARD CLEAN starting at $150

Dust all surfaces (shelves, furniture, décor)
Wipe down tables and other high-touch surfaces
Vacuum carpets and rugs
Sweep and mop hard floors
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces (if applicable)

I DO NOT service any homes or businesses if there are bedbugs or roaches present!!! If I find they are present, I will not be able to complete the job, all of my clients are important to me and I can't chance bringing them into another home/business.
I am an animal lover but for me to do my job, pets will need to be in a crate or put up. I will work with you on this situation as every client has different preferences and needs.
