New home site prep?
The first step for every new home construction is septic permits! No other permits or plans matter if you can’t gain access to, or install a septic system.
This is why pre-construction site prep is so crucially important! If your grading contractor is not meeting you on site at your property to talk about where you want your home to sit, they are not fit for the project! You can only place your home in 1 spot, 1 time, make sure it’s perfect!

From site prep and driveway, to clearing and building pad, to septic system install and stormwater drainage.
