📢 New Booking Policy – Effective August 1, 2026

To better serve our clients and reduce last-minute cancellations, Mabry Magic Clean will require a non-refundable deposit to secure all appointments beginning August 1, 2026.

Please note:

* A deposit is required to reserve your cleaning date and time.
* A confirmation text will be sent 24–48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
* If we do not receive a response to the confirmation message, your appointment will be canceled.
* The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or if we do not receive a confirmation response.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. This policy helps us better serve all of our valued clients and protect our scheduling availability.

Why this is so important :

Even though your washing machine cleans clothes, it gets dirty over time because of:

* Laundry detergent and fabric softener buildup
* Body oils and dirt from clothing
* Hard water mineral deposits
* Mold and mildew, especially in front-load washers

If it isn’t cleaned regularly, you may notice:

* A musty or sour smell
* Clothes that don’t smell fresh after washing
* Black mold around the door gasket (front-load washers)
* Reduced cleaning performance
* Shorter lifespan of the machine

How to use it

1. Make sure the washer is empty. Do not put any clothes in the machine.
2. Open one pouch (your box contains three pouches).
3. Pour the entire pouch directly into the empty washer drum. Do not put it in the detergent dispenser unless the package specifically instructs you to.
4. Run the hottest, longest wash cycle (or the “Tub Clean” cycle if your washer has one).
5. When the cycle is finished:
* Wipe the inside of the drum.
* Clean around the rubber door seal (front-load washers).
* Leave the door open for a few hours so the inside can dry completely.

How often should you use it?

* Once a month for most households.
* Every 2–4 weeks if you:
* Wash a lot of laundry.
* Frequently use cold water.
* Notice odors.
* Own a front-load washer.
