Knocked out a full timing belt + water pump kit on a 2016 Honda Pilot today. The J35 is an interference engine — if that belt lets go, the valves and pistons meet, and you’re looking at a new engine instead of a belt. That’s why Honda calls it at ~100k miles, not “whenever it sounds bad.”

While I was in there, I pulled the water pump too. It’s buried behind the belt, so replacing it now means I’m not charging you that labor twice in two years.

Same visit: refreshed the rear diff fluid and serviced the front PTU. Burnt, dark fluid out, clean in — cheap insurance against a drivetrain bill that isn’t cheap.

This 2018 Ram 1500 was leaking from everywhere.

Valve covers dripping oil. Oil cooler dripping oil. Radiator leaking coolant. Both front axles slinging grease on every turn.

Replaced it all in one visit and sent it home clean.

The newest vehicle we’ve had on the schedule yet!

This beautiful 2026 Honda Pilot needed its interior refreshed (there was alot of salt) all three rows vacuumed, every touchpoint was meticulously wiped down, and we finished the detail with it looking like it just came off the lot!

Today I was able to help out a good client and get his vehicle back on the road…the customer called about a fuel leak. The steel lines rotted from the outside in — once one spot weeps, the rest of the lines are right behind it. So instead of patching one section, I replaced the fuel lines with a Dorman braided stainless kit.

Fired it up to check my work and caught a second weep at the fuel filter — old filter wasn’t sealing right against the new lines. One quick call to the customer, fresh filter on, rechecked dry. Back on the road same day.

Two little ones, a baby, and NO A/C in an Ohio summer is honestly miserable….

If you’ve ever buckled kids into a hot car you know it honestly just sucks….yes I know it’s not as bad when your driving and the windows are down but if your stuck in traffic it’s a nightmare with kids 💀

Long story short I found a hole in the condenser on my ‘09 Odyssey, replaced it, recharged the system AC is blowing ice cold. Done, right? Two hours later the compressor clutch quit engaging. Instead of throwing parts at it, I checked for power and ground at the compressor — had both. That told me the wiring was fine and the clutch itself was the problem. New compressor, fresh recharge, and she’s blowing as cold as ever.

Most flips skip the part nobody sees.

I’m prepping the frame on this ‘02 Silverado Z71 — cleaning it down and sealing it up before another Ohio winter gets a shot at it. Salt and slush kill these trucks from the bottom up, and a clean paint job doesn’t mean much if the frame’s rotting underneath it.

Since I have to drop the fuel tank to do the frame right, I’m swapping the fuel pump while I’m down there. No sense making the next owner pay twice for the same tank-drop labor.

That’s the difference — I’m building this one to be owned, not just flipped.

Today, I was able to fix a 2018 Ram 1500 3.6L for a good client of mine—a shop previously told her that the rear main seal was leaking. After a thorough diagnosis and inspection of the truck, I discovered, to no one's surprise, that the oil cooler was leaking, as well as the valve covers. While addressing the main oil concern, we also addressed some other issues on the truck that the customer wanted fixed. In total, I replaced both valve covers, the oil cooler, the radiator, both front axles, and spark plugs.
