About the Role
Xcel Services LLC is seeking a skilled Irrigation Crew Manager to lead our irrigation team in delivering high-quality landscape services. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to water efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities.

• Supervise and coordinate irrigation crews on installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
• Ensure irrigation systems are installed and maintained to company standards.
• Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques, safety, and efficiency.
• Monitor schedules, assign tasks, and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Troubleshoot & resolve irrigation system issues, including controllers, valves, pumps, and piping.
• Maintain compliance with local water regulations and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in irrigation or landscaping management.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, hydraulics, and water conservation practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required; irrigation certifications preferred.
