Tuesday Turnovers!

An Airbnb turnover isn’t “cleaning a dirty house.” It’s resetting a lived-in house and putting it back on the market—often within a few hours.

The guests are supposed to have used the house. They cooked. They showered. They slept in the beds. They tracked sand in. They used the towels. They opened cabinets. They moved things.

And then we walk in and essentially have to make the sale again.

The goal is not “Was this house spotless while the guests lived here?”

The goal is:

“If a new guest walked through this door right now, would they believe this house was prepared specifically for them?”
