Communication is KEY!

Today I went to re-clean a shower floor, because I missed something from the last clean. I can tell you, I’ve only had a handful of mini complaints to return to fix something out of the 5 yrs of service.
Even though my client was so sweet and she didn’t want me to come back and fix it, I personally couldn’t do it. My 🧠 would not allow me to until I fixed the problem.
It was a simple mistake.
I appreciate when my clients communicate with me, there will always be a solution ❤️
