Holiday prices are back and start in November! The months of November and December and half of January my prices drop to help out with the obvious rising costs of everything around us and the financial strains that holidays bring!

A three hour clean will be priced at $100
A five hour clean will be priced at $150
A eight hour clean will be priced $225

To also help out All cleans will be considered deep cleans at this price and include ceiling fans, baseboards, vents, including walls if needed and more. Just keep in mind if you book a three hour clean or even a five hour clean and your home hasn't been cleaned in awhile.. i will do what I can, however im also upfront. Its not possible to do a deep clean on your entire home in that amount of time. So please book accordingly.

Holidays are hard. I always wanna make them a little easier.

Now for single moms ill offer an additional discount in the jackson and cape girardeau area! Unfortunately with gas being high i will be unable to offer that same discount in other locations.

As always im so thankful for you guys and I always wanna try to give back in ways that I can! Thank you all for trusting me in your homes and letting me help out in such a important way. I will be posting my availability at the end of this month! Keep an eye out because Holiday season typically books very quickly!

At this time I am unfortunately having to implement a few new policies that I've really been avoiding having to do.

Less then 24 hours notice of a cleaning cancelation fee new policy.

1st time; It happens. Life is wack sometimes
2nd time; Its a $25.00 cancelation fee. Must reschedule and pay that day.
3rd time; I will no longer book your home for appointments.

Late payments are never okay. For my residential cleans i request to be paid same day. UNLESS previously discussed.

From here on out any service that is not paid same day will be charged a $25.00 late fee per day until payment has been received.

Guys I don't have to be reminded to come into your home and clean.. I shouldn't have to send multiple requests to be paid for doing a service.
