Cleaning Tip Week Of 5/25/26:
Recently while watching a friend vacuum their carpet, I realized they were not picking up much dirt.
Why? They shoved and pulled vacuum back and forth rapidly over surface and only once per path.
For better cleaning, move at a slow walk sliding vacuum smoothly on path. Once done with entire surface, vacuum in a cross pattern (perpendicular), across entire surface.
You will pick up more dirt and your carpet will be cleaner. That means less allergens and dust in your home.
