Possums in the crawlspace are more common than most homeowners realize. Once they find an opening under a home, they can quickly move in looking for warmth, shelter, and protection.

Common crawlspace entry points include:

🦇 Bat season has already started here in North Carolina, and bat maternity season (blackout period) is now in effect.

Wildlife Control Technician / Skilled Laborer

Location: Iron Station, North Carolina but traveling primarily in the radius from Lawndale to Salisbury

We are a locally owned and operated wildlife control company seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as a Wildlife Control Technician / Skilled Laborer. This position involves hands-on field work, using a variety of tools while assisting with the removal, repair, and prevention of wildlife-related damage.

Responsibilities:
• Safely operate hand and power tools including hammers, drills, and circular saws.
• Accurately read and use a tape measure for cutting, fitting, and installation tasks.
• Work confidently on ladders and elevated surfaces. comfortable in attics and confined spaces such as crawl spaces
• Assist with wildlife removal, exclusion, and property repairs as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements:
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to the Iron Station shop or job sites.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights.
• Previous experience in construction, roofing, or wildlife work a plus, but not required.
