The following services are included in our Summer Cabin Watch package:

➡️One visit per week from now - October 31, 2025
➡️Interior inspection of every room in your cabin
➡️Visual check of exterior of home and surrounding grounds
➡️Run water at all faucets and flush all toilets
➡️Complete check for water leaks
➡️Check interior cabin temperature
➡️Visual inspection of furnace and filter, and AC unit if applicable
➡️Visual inspection for signs of rodent and pest intrusion
➡️Check any boats/watercraft docked are properly secured
➡️After each visit you will be notified via text or email of the status of your cabin. If an issue is detected, you will be immediately notified by phone while we are at your property.

***Lawn care is not included in our Summer Cabin Watch package, but we can definitely take care of this for you as an added service.
