Good morning!
A few summertime reminders now that school is out and more people are home during the day:
If children, pets, guests, or other household members are moving throughout the home while I am cleaning, please understand that floors may not remain spotless. Dirt, dust, grass, and other debris can be tracked back into freshly cleaned areas as people come and go.
Please also keep in mind that each area is cleaned once during your scheduled service. For example, if I have already cleaned the kitchen and someone cooks, eats, or creates a mess after I move on to another room, that area will not be cleaned again during the same appointment.
I always strive to provide the highest standard of cleaning possible and take great pride in my work. However, it is impossible for any cleaner to maintain a perfectly clean home while people, pets, and daily activities continue throughout the cleaning process.
Additionally, if any equipment in your home is broken, malfunctioning, damaged, or otherwise unsafe to use, I will not operate it. This includes items such as vacuums, appliances, or other cleaning-related equipment. Using faulty equipment creates a liability and safety risk, and I must prioritize the safety of both myself and your home.
