I’m bad about taking pictures of every stage of the job but this house turned out very good. I first washed the entire roof with chlorine to kill all mold growth. The builder didn’t have the hardy fastened right and after I washed entire house with chlorine to kill all mold growth and clean for a sound surface for proper bonding of paint application I nailed every butt joint and the perimeter of all windows and doors and any other areas that needed to be secured the proper way i recaulked everything on the hardy board except the lap joints with Pristine White Lightning Caulking , Covered all areas needed protected from overspray with paper and plastic, applied Seal-Crete a water proofing Primer Sealer to all areas with faded chalky paint , sprayed Kem Bond HS high performance rust inhibiting xylene based primer on all soffit, gutters and downspouts then sprayed 2 full coats of Extra White Super Paint Satin for a fine smooth finish. Sprayed 2 full coats of Exterior Super Paint Satin Tinted to Pale Pastures on body of house, Brushed and rolled 2 full coats on all trim and foundation with Exterior Super Paint Satin tinted Tuscan Olive , brushed 2 full coats on all exterior side of doors Tri-Corn Black Super Paint Satin. Brushed and rolled 2 full coats of Solvent Based Light Gray Tuff Top Concrete Solid Stain on screened porch floor that already had solvent based material previously applied on it so you have to keep applying that type of products for proper bonding and Latex Light Gray Tuff Top Concrete Solid Stain on patio outside of screened porch and carport concrete.
