☕ MONDAY CHECK-IN FROM PALMETTO STANDARD CLEANING CO.! 🧹🏡

Well, here we are again… another Monday and another week of me realizing I’ve been slacking on our social media! 😂🤦🏻‍♂️

But I promise, we’ve got a good excuse!

October has been BUSY, and we couldn’t be more thankful! Between taking care of our amazing clients, growing this little family business, working our regular jobs, and keeping up with four kids and their busy schedules… sometimes posting on Facebook just doesn’t make the cut! 😂

But don’t let our lack of posting fool you. We’ve been putting in WORK! 💪🧼

With November right around the corner, we’re looking to welcome some new faces into the PSC family!

🏡 We currently have a few openings for recurring cleaning services!

Whether you’re looking for weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings, we’d love the opportunity to take a little something off your plate.

Because let’s face it… between work, kids, sports, dinner, laundry, and everything else life throws at us, who really wants to spend their free time scrubbing bathrooms?! 😂

We’re a veteran-owned, family-run small business serving Inman, Boiling Springs, Spartanburg, and surrounding areas. We take a lot of pride in what we do, and we’re incredibly grateful for everyone who has trusted us with their homes so far.

❤️ And to our current clients: THANK YOU! Seriously. Every booking, referral, review, and recommendation means more to our family than you probably realize.

📲 If you’ve been thinking about getting on a regular cleaning schedule, now is a great time to reach out before November fills up!

Comment below or send us a message for a free quote! We’d love to earn your business.

🏈 IT’S GAME DAY! 🔥💪

Around our house, Thursdays mean one thing… FOOTBALL! 🏈

If you know us, you know family is at the heart of everything we do. Between running a cleaning business, working a full-time job, raising four kids, and keeping up with sports, our schedule stays FULL! 😂

But we wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Tonight, we’ll trade the cleaning supplies for the bleachers and cheer on our favorite #75 and the Byrnes Rebels! 💙❤️

And that’s really why we started Palmetto Standard Cleaning Co. We know how busy life gets. Between work, kids, practices, games, and everything in between, the last thing you want to worry about is coming home to a dirty house.

Let us handle the cleaning so you can spend more time doing what matters most. ❤️

Good luck to all the athletes hitting the field tonight! Stay safe, play hard, and GO REBELS! 🏈💪

Hey y’all 👋 Just checking in!

We’ve been a little quiet on here the last few days, but definitely not because we haven’t been busy. 😂 We’re still out here grinding.

Life is BUSY. We’ve got 4 kids, two of them in fall sports, a full-time job, a business, and all the other stuff life decides to throw at you in between. Some days we’re just trying to figure out who needs to be where and when. 😂

And honestly, that’s one of the reasons we started Palmetto Standard Cleaning Co.

Our life is busy outside of business, and we know yours is too.

If taking cleaning off your plate gives you a few more hours with your family, lets you actually enjoy your weekend, or just gives you one less thing to worry about. We’d love to help.

We still have a few openings this week, with more availability coming toward the end of October.

Shoot us a message and let’s see if we can make life a little easier. 🧹🏡

Marketing still isn’t my strong suit… so here’s proof I actually work. 🤣

No stock photos. No fancy setup. Just us doing what we do.

October is filling up fast! Shoot us a message if you need to get on the schedule!

Happy Hump Day! 🐪🤣

We’re officially halfway to the weekend!

Life is busy. The kids are busy. Work is busy. And somehow that damn laundry basket stays undefeated. 😂

If cleaning the house keeps getting pushed to “this weekend,” let us take it off your list.

October is filling up FAST, and we’d love to add a few more families to the Palmetto Standard crew! 🏡

📩 Message us to grab a spot.

Life has been busy… and so have we! 🙌

October is almost FULL, and we seriously can’t thank y’all enough for keeping us moving. Between our regular clients, deep cleans, move-ins, and everything in between, the calendar is filling up FAST.

If you’ve been thinking about getting on our schedule in October, now’s the time to reach out before those last few spots are gone!

Thank y’all for continuing to support our little family business. We appreciate every booking, share, recommendation, and tag more than you know.

I said marketing was the hardest part of this business… so here’s a picture proving we actually work. 🤣🤷🏻‍♂️

Nailed it. Marketing problem solved. 😂

09/17/2026

Well… apparently being a little vulnerable on Facebook gets people talking. 😂

I honestly didn’t expect the response to yesterday’s post.

Comments from other small business owners going through the exact same thing. Messages of encouragement. People offering advice. I even had another local service business reach out this morning just to introduce themselves and talk about ways we might be able to work together.

Pretty freaking cool.

And it reminded me of something.

People want to do business with people.

Not logos. Not perfectly curated pages. Not companies pretending they have everything figured out.

People.

That’s really what we’ve wanted Palmetto Standard to be from the beginning.

Yes, we clean houses. We scrub bathrooms, clean kitchens, mop floors, wipe baseboards, and occasionally encounter things that probably deserve their own episode of Forensic Files. 🤣

But the best part has been the people.

The busy mom who just needs one less thing on her plate.

The family walking into their new home.

The homeowner who finally decided, “You know what? I don’t have to do everything myself.”

And if I’m being completely honest, some of my favorite customers have been our older folks.

I love helping them. I love slowing down for a few minutes and talking with them. And I absolutely love hearing their stories.

You walk into someone’s home thinking you’re there to clean, and sometimes you walk out having learned something about their life, their family, or something they experienced 40 or 50 years ago.

Those conversations mean something to me.

And I think that’s the part of this business I didn’t fully expect when we started.

We came into this thinking we were going to clean houses. Somewhere along the way, we realized we were really getting an opportunity to take care of people.

Yesterday was a good reminder for me that maybe marketing doesn’t always have to be marketing.

Maybe sometimes it’s just showing up, being yourself, talking to people, and letting them know what you stand for.

So thank y’all for the encouragement yesterday. Seriously.

Now I suppose I should actually use this page to remind everyone what we do every once in a while. 🤣

If I can be vulnerable for a moment…

This is tough.

Building Palmetto Standard has been exciting, humbling, exhausting, and honestly a little overwhelming at times.

And I think the part I underestimated the most was just how much there is to stay on top of.

I still work a full-time job. We have four kids and all the practices, games, school stuff, dinners, bedtimes and general chaos that comes with that. I still make it a priority to get in the gym at least four days a week, eat right, drink my water and take care of myself.

Then somewhere in there, we’re trying to build a business. 😂

The crazy thing is, I absolutely love the actual business.

I love meeting people. I love hearing their stories. I love getting to know the families we clean for. I love walking out of someone’s home knowing we made their day a little easier.

The marketing is kicking my ass. 😂

Posting consistently. Taking pictures. Remembering to actually post the pictures. Answering messages. Following up. Scheduling. Quotes. Trying to keep our name in front of people.

That’s probably been the hardest part for me.

Because when I finally get home with my family, I really try to be home.

I try to put the phone down. I try not to spend the entire evening thinking about PSC. I try to be Dad and be present with my kids instead of constantly worrying about the next customer, the next post, or what I should be doing to grow the business.

Maybe that’s the wrong approach when you’re trying to build something from the ground up. Maybe I should be grinding every free minute I have.

I don’t know.

I’m figuring this thing out as I go.

But I also don’t want to become so consumed with building something for my family that I forget to actually be with my family.

So if our page gets a little quiet sometimes, that’s probably why.

This isn’t a pity post. Far from it. I’m incredibly grateful.

This little business has already introduced us to some awesome people. People have trusted us in their homes, referred their friends and family to us, shared our posts, encouraged us and given this little family business a chance.

That’s incredibly humbling.

We’re learning. We’re growing. We’re tired sometimes. We definitely don’t have it all figured out.

But we’re still here.

And we’re still raising the standard one home at a time.

We don’t just clean homes. We take care of people.

🏡 WHAT WOULD YOU DO WITH A FEW HOURS OF YOUR WEEK BACK?

Spend it with the kids?
Actually relax on the weekend?
Catch up on everything else life keeps throwing at you?

That’s where we come in.

We’re Palmetto Standard Cleaning Co. a local, veteran-owned, family-run cleaning company serving families throughout the Upstate.

And we’re not trying to be the cheapest cleaner on Facebook.

We’re trying to be the one you’re glad you called.

We offer:
🧹 Recurring home cleaning
✨ Deep cleans
📦 Move-in & move-out cleans
🏠 Listing & showing cleans
🔑 Short-term rental turnovers

But more than anything, we believe good service still matters.

Showing up. Communicating. Paying attention to the little things. Taking care of your home like somebody actually gives a damn.

Because at the end of the day, we don’t just clean homes. We take care of people.

📍 Serving Inman, Boiling Springs, Spartanburg & surrounding Upstate communities.

💬 Send us a message and tell us about your home and what you need help with. No pressure. We’ll figure out what makes sense from there.
