CARPET CLEANING???

We get asked all the time about carpet cleaning. The answer is YES and we are pretty good at it. In fact, we are IICRC certified (that is the industry's governing body).

This time a bear break-in, college party, coffee on the carpet in the morning, and wine on the carpet in the evening were no match. We can't guarantee we can get all of your stains out but we use industry best practices and procedures to give you the best result possible.

If you look closely at the picture of the final result you will see a faint white streak where the dark dribble marks were. That was from the homeowner using a "home remedy" to try to clean. In this case, they ended up bleaching the carpet and didn't clean the spots at all. Please call me first!

PRO TIP....the best thing you can do as soon as the spill occurs is to lay a clean towel folded several times over the spill with a weight on top. This will begin to lift the soil from the carpets. The other thing is to try and not let the spill dry before I get there.

And one last thing. For this client, we treated the carpets with a Teflon carpet protectant coating. This will add a water (and wine, coffee, bear dribble, college party) resistant layer to all the carpet fibers. This extra protection is a cost-effective way to keep those stain away and help extend the life of your carpet.
