Had such a great conversation with Adam on his podcast about something I’m really passionate about, seeing potential where others see problems.

We talked about the idea of buying the “ugly house”… the one most people overlook. The house that needs work, vision, and a little bit of love. And honestly, those are my favorite kinds of homes.
