So I just had a client getting mad at me because I made a new policy alert...yes I did because canceling evey week isn't going to kick well with me...I do my best working wit all clients when it comes to their health..doctor appts..kids..etc. but I won't continue to letting this canceling go on at the last minute when I have bils and a kid to take care of...I schedule my appt and things around my cleaning schedule along wit my son's schedule so I feel clients should do the same when you already know your cleaning days and time....I been doing this cleaning service for 6 years now and to keep letting people cancel at the last minute is causing me to loose out on my money. So from this point on I will only allow no more than two cancelations ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ that's it that's all...I'm trying to prosper my business not loose out on my business.
