I’ve been thinking a lot about this post, and I didn’t want it to sound like a business announcement… I wanted it to sound like me.

Back in 2020, I started Loftis Cleaning Group LLC with no big plan, no big team… just me, some cleaning supplies, and a mindset that if I worked hard enough and did right by people, something would come from it.

There were days I was exhausted. Days I didn’t know if it was really going anywhere. But I kept showing up. I kept cleaning. I kept trying to do things the right way, even when nobody was watching.

And little by little… it grew.

But somewhere along the way, I realized something.

This isn’t just about my name anymore.

It’s about what this stands for.
It’s about starting over when life hits hard.
It’s about not staying down when things don’t go your way.

So I made a decision.

We’re officially moving forward under a new name:
Phoenix Cleaning Services

And that name means everything to me.

Because this whole journey has been about rising.
Not being perfect… but not quitting either.

I want to say this clearly though…

We’re still the same people.
Same work ethic.
Same attention to detail.
Same mindset that when we take on a job, we’re going to do it right.
