This recent install features Kitchen Cubes cabinetry and shows how thoughtful design, clean finish work, and the right lighting can completely transform an open space into something functional and built-in.

Scope of work included:

✔️ Custom dry bar layout using Kitchen Cubes cabinetry
✔️ Granite countertop installation
✔️ Beverage refrigerator integration
✔️ Trim, finish carpentry, and final detailing
✔️ Full installation from design through completion

Because of my background as a master carpenter, I’m able to take more affordable, limited material options and apply custom details and thoughtful layout changes to create a finished space that feels far more custom than the materials alone would suggest.

This project turned an open dining area into a functional dry bar and gathering space tailored to the home, the layout, and the homeowner’s goals.

This project was for an elderly couple who needed to replace their tub with a shower that was easier and safer to access.

We removed the existing fiberglass tub/shower and converted the space into a clean, low-maintenance walk-in shower with thoughtful upgrades focused on comfort, stability, and everyday usability.

Project upgrades included:
• New acrylic shower system
• Full glass shower door
• Tower caddy for built-in storage
• Fixtures updated from chrome to brushed nickel
• Grab bar for added safety
• Grab bar with integrated shelf
• New towel rods
• New toilet paper holder
• New faucet

Big transformation without going over budget.

This shower had significant water damage behind the old tile, so the first step was opening everything up and doing it right—including installing a brand-new subfloor after uncovering major moisture issues caused by failed tile.

To help keep costs down, the homeowner chose a local big-box store wall system, paired with upgrades where they matter most:
✔️ clean matte black finishes
✔️ a modern glass sliding door
✔️ a new shelf for everyday use

The result is a fresh, functional shower that looks great, is easy to maintain, and—most importantly—is built on a solid foundation.

This is a good example of how smart material choices + proper prep can stretch a budget without cutting corners.
