💚 The time has officially come!

Williams Clean & Clear was built from the ground up with hard work, hustle and a whole lot of grit. There were people who didn’t see the vision in the beginning—and that’s okay. We did. We kept showing up, kept pushing, and now we’re in a position to GROW. 🥹

We’re officially looking for 1–2 dependable, hardworking people to join our team!

You’ll be working directly alongside us on our scheduled jobs—not being sent out alone. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, professional in our clients’ homes, has reliable transportation, can take direction AND initiative, and most importantly—is hungry to WORK and grow with us.

💰 Hourly pay + tips + commission on jobs you bring in

We’ve intentionally held off on hiring because we’ve been very protective of what we’re building and the clients who trust us. We don’t need just anybody—we need the right people.

And to everybody who has booked us, referred us, shared a post, recommended our name or simply supported us along the way—THANK YOU. 💚 Every bit of support helped us get here, and we truly don’t take it for granted.

These chairs bring back memories for me.

I’ve cared for people with disabilities throughout my life—cleaning, cooking, changing diapers, or simply helping with the everyday things they couldn’t do alone.

And somewhere along the way, I realized cleaning has always been one of the ways I show love.

Nobody grows up saying their dream is to clean someone else’s shower chair. But there is dignity in this work. Doctors, teachers, business owners, parents, seniors, people with disabilities—we all need a clean, safe place to live.

Sometimes your gift isn’t what you envisioned for yourself. But when God gives you a gift that allows you to serve others, use it. There’s a reason.
