Looking for detail-oriented individuals who are able to work independently and “own” the ex*****on of the service on their assigned route. At the same time, you will be part of a competitive team within a group rapidly growing across the sunbelt. Previous pool industry experience is desirable, but we will train the right candidate. Specifically, we are looking for the following in a candidate:

- Ability to tolerate working in the Texas weather year round
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Working hours are 7am to 5 pm Monday to Friday with weekends off.

Smart Pools provide a work truck and gas card, leaving from the office each day with all chemicals and necessary equipment.

Minimum qualifications:

Valid Texas driver’s license
Clean driving record
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Reliable transportation to the office
Dependable, friendly, customer focused attitude
