Here at Hathuc Home & Commercial Services, it is our mission to leave all of our clients with one less stress. We are looking for self-motivated and dependable individuals to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our customers. Experience is not required, although it is a plus! We are looking for someone who is coachable and willing to learn. Customer service experience is strongly preferred. We are willing to fully train the right candidate!

- Starting pay is $16; if experienced, up to $20/hr
- Paid training
-Vehicle and gas card provided while on the clock
Hours:
Monday-Saturday
Ability to handle working outdoors in all weather conditions and comfortable dealing with pest control equipment.
Must be able to lift/carry minimum of 30lb
Duties:
Identify and treat Pest issues for residential and commercial clients
Communicate the service provided effectively with customers
Create reports electronically using company software for each service
Collect payment from clients after completion of service provided
Retain good relationships with new as well as recurring customers
Ability to resolve issues with customers, creative problem solving
Qualifications/skills:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid U.S. license and clean driving record
Drug free
Complete background check
Effective, personable communicator
Leadership experience preferred
Must have integrity
Be able to work independently as well as in group settings
Must be comfortable with heights
Must be comfortable working with pesticide chemicals
Must NOT fear bugs
Must be coachable and willing to learn

This is one of our clients construction project. 100000 sqft elementary school in Missouri Cityl. Today we did treatment #1 out # 16 . Termite prevention soil treatment in the trenches will protect the elementary from subterranean termites up to 10 years .

Subterranean termite tubes are usually found in the corners. Sometimes blended into the concrete. We recommend a yearly inspection

Claustrophobic ? Imagine being in a tight space , not that much room to move . You got nails sticking out and spiders , American roaches crawling on you . Crawlspace termite treatment for subterranean termites. Requires us to crawl under to treat the beams and cylinders blocks.
