atment to help rid unwanted dirt and stains. If pets are in the home, we recommend a pet treatment solution to rid of dirt, odor and sanitize the areas. We want your carpet to look its best all year long. How it all works:
First the technician inspects the condition of the area being cleaned. We will check for any stains, spots, or heavily trafficed areas. The technician will then determine if spot treatment is needed. This is an as needed situation. We can clean a spot in the carpet and determine if we reccommend this treatment or not. Next, organic pre-conditioner is applied to loosen dirt, allergens, dust mites, dandruff, and other foreign substances imbedded in the carpet. We also sanitize the carpet to eliminate bacteria and rinse out the carpet fibers to ensure a throuogh clean of all areas. We hook up a water hose to a faucet at your house or business and run fresh water to our machine. The vacuum and solution hoses will be ran from the equipment to your house or business. The dirty water is then extracted back to the equipment filtered into a dirty water tank. A carpet cleaning wand is used for most carpet cleaning. We will then extract the dirt, allergens, dust mites, dandruff, other foreign substances while cleaning the carpet with our consistant temperatures of 250 degrees to 300 degrees of powerful steam. All of our ORGANIC chemicals (kid safe and pet friendly) will deodorize the carpet for a nice, fresh smell. Once all this is done, the technician will then groom the carpets- this process helps open up the carpet fibers which will help in the drying process. Our typical dry time is 4 to 6 hours for normal carpet, for a deep clean it typically takes around 8-12 hours to fully dry. You can speed up the process by turning on fans. We understand that it takes time to dry, however you can walk on your freshly cleaned carpets- as long as you take the precautions to keep the areas clean.
