Tonight’s featured employee! Kimber has been hired as our demolition crew chief! He does amazing work! He will tear down everything needed during a water , fire or mold remediation! However, if there is a pool nearby he might fancy himself to a swim. We regrettably have issues with him leaving the job site, going through fences to swim in pools that aren’t on the property that needs work. We apologize about that and are working with his habits to make sure this isn’t a continuous thing. If he continues we will be putting him on carpet cleaning duty! Tonight, I was approached with a situation that a customer wanted me to help them with insurance fraud on a job. Just to be clear, we don’t take insurance fraud lightly and will never commit fraud regardless of the insurance company giving us less than owed on a job. End of the day, we are honest, have integrity and will only report what we see and what we do. Never ask us to work the system for you. My company and I will never do that. We hold ourselves to the highest standard. If you want to do this then find another company to do your work. Sad I have to even post this.
