A little Admin Monday schedule switch-up this week! 🫧

Tomorrow, Monday, October 5, our usual morning Admin Hours are moving to the afternoon from 3–5 PM.

Shane and Jessica will be spending the morning volunteering in their daughter’s school library 📚❤️, so we’ll be hopping into Hugs & Bubbles admin mode a little later than usual!

From 3–5 PM, we’ll be available to help with:
• Booking appointments
• Checking your remaining credits
• Membership or package questions
• Scheduling questions
• Anything else Hugs & Bubbles related!

Hi friends! It’s the first Sunday of the month—time for a gear check! Kids grow fast, and their car seats and strollers need to keep up.

Safety is always our top priority. Take a few minutes to check:

• Is your child still within the height and weight limits?
• Is it time to switch from lower anchors to a seat belt installation?
• Do the harness straps or headrest need adjusting?
• Has baby outgrown the infant insert?
• Are your stroller’s harness, buckles, brakes and wheels working properly?

Your car seat, stroller and vehicle manuals have the answers for your specific gear. And while this is a monthly reminder, harness fit deserves a check every ride!

Then, investigate the snack situation. If your car seat is hiding enough crackers to stock a pantry, it might be time for a cleaning.

Hi friends! October’s availability is here, and planning ahead is a sweet idea!

Between fall festivals, trunk-or-treats, and enough candy to turn your back seat into a tiny concession stand, your car seats and kid gear have a busy month ahead. Reserve your cleaning now so those sticky surprises have somewhere to go—straight to us!

This calendar shows where we’ll be and how many items we currently have room to clean. Availability changes quickly, so grab a date that works for your family before it fills up.

Hi friends! 🫧 We have something we don’t get to say very often lately… we actually have PICKUP availability this week! 🎉

Our schedule usually fills pretty quickly, especially for our zoned pickup appointments, but this week there are openings on several of our routes. So if you’ve been waiting for us to come to YOU, this is a great week to grab a spot!

🚗 Monday: West Zone — up to 4 items + 3 drop-off items
🚗 Tuesday: Inner Loop Zone — up to 2 items (drop-off is FULL!)
🏠 Wednesday: Pickup is FULL, but we have room for up to 9 drop-off items!
🚗 Thursday: West Zone — just 1 pickup item left + up to 4 drop-off items
🚗 Friday: North West Zone — up to 10 pickup items + up to 4 drop-off items

Friday especially has a LOT of room for pickups, which is pretty unusual for us this close to the appointment date. If North West is your zone and you’ve been putting off getting those car seats, strollers, wagons, or other kid gear cleaned, now is a great time!

And as always, even if a day fills up, we might be able to squeeze in an Emergency Cleaning depending on our workload. Because children have a remarkable ability to throw up in a car seat without checking our availability first. 😂

Our first Admin Monday in our new house, and I can hardly believe this is the view from my desk—downtown Houston!

For the past year, we’ve gone to a coffee shop each week just to have a dedicated space to focus on booking appointments, answering questions, and keeping Hugs & Bubbles organized. Today, we get to do it all from our very own office.

I’m feeling overwhelmingly grateful for this home, this beautiful space, and the incredible view that reminds me just how far we’ve come. This new chapter feels so special, and I don’t take a single bit of it for granted.

I’m sitting here answering messages, booking appointments, and counting credits with the fullest heart.

I’ll be at my desk from 7:30–10:00 am today and ready to help with all of your Hugs & Bubbles questions!

Hi friends! One of our favorite car seat safety events is almost here!

Target’s Car Seat Trade-In Event runs September 20–October 3, 2026. Bring an old, expired, or damaged car seat or base to a participating Target store and receive a 20% off Target Circle Bonus toward qualifying new baby gear. The bonus can be used twice through October 17!

As CPSTs, we recommend this event to many families when we discover that a seat is expired or damaged. We love that it makes replacing the seat more affordable while ensuring the retired seat is properly recycled instead of being passed along or placed back into use.

New workspace, same tradition: there is ALWAYS something playing while we work. 📺🫧

One of our favorite things about moving into our new space is having more room to spread out, clean, reassemble, and keep Hugs & Bubbles moving—and yes, the TV absolutely came with us. 😂 When you spend as many hours cleaning car seats and kid gear as we do, you go through a lot of shows.

Hi friends! 🫧 Next week has some really great availability, especially if you’ve been waiting for a chance to get on our schedule without booking too far ahead!

Wednesday is the day to watch! We have room for up to 7 items in our South East Zone, which is much more availability than we typically have this close to the week. If South East is your zone and those car seats, strollers, wagons, or other kid gear have been patiently waiting for their turn… this is your sign. 😂

And if you have a BIG pile of kid gear, Thursday might be even better! We’re open for drop-off only with room for up to 10 items. Drop-off appointments are also $10 less per item, so families with several things to clean can get in sooner AND save quite a bit by bringing everything to us. 🙌

Here’s where we still have room:
🚗 Monday: West Zone — up to 3 items
🏠 Tuesday: Drop-off — up to 3 items
🚗 Wednesday: South East Zone — up to 7 items
🏠 Thursday: Drop-off ONLY — up to 10 items
🏠 Friday: Drop-off — up to 2 items

We may also be able to squeeze in an Emergency Cleaning each day depending on that day’s workload, so please reach out if an unexpected car-seat disaster strikes!

As always, availability can change FAST. If you see a spot that works for your family, we recommend grabbing it while it’s there. 💙🫧
