It is very important to have your roof washed once every 5-8 years to remove harmful algae lichens and moss which eat away at the asphalt shingles. Doing this can add many years to the lifespan of your roof. Along with this getting your roof washed increases curb appeal because it makes it look like it was just installed.

I soft wash using a sodium hypochlorite based solution which kills the harmful algea and lichens to clean the roof. I use absolutely no pressure on roof wash. By doing this I clean the roofs while not risking damage.
